Why is my GPS tracking inaccurate?

GPS accuracy depends on your environment. Tall buildings, dense tree cover, and tunnels can reduce accuracy. For best results, make sure Location Services is set to 'Always' or 'While Using' for the app, and stand still for a few seconds until the GPS indicator has at least 2 bars before starting your activity. Wait for 3 bars if possible for best results.

How do I set up Apple Watch?

Make sure you have the Vima app installed on your iPhone. The Apple Watch app should install automatically. If it doesn't, open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll down to find the Vima app, and tap "Install." Once installed, you can start activities directly from your watch.

Does it sync with Apple Health?

Yes! All Vima apps sync with Apple Health. Your workouts, calories, distance, and other data are written to Apple Health automatically. Make sure you grant permission when prompted. You can manage these permissions in Settings > Health > Data Access on your iPhone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find the Vima subscription and tap Cancel. You'll keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
