These terms govern your use of apps published by 30 South LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our apps, you agree to these terms.

Using our apps

Our apps are fitness tools designed to help you track workouts, plan activities, estimate calories, and manage recipes. They are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new fitness program.

You are responsible for your own safety during any physical activity. Be aware of your surroundings, follow local laws and regulations, and exercise within your abilities.

Accuracy

We do our best to provide accurate GPS tracking, distance calculations, and other metrics, but we can't guarantee perfection. GPS accuracy depends on environmental factors outside our control (satellite coverage, buildings, weather, etc.).

AI Calorie Tracker provides estimates, not exact nutritional data. Calorie and nutritional estimates are generated using AI and should be treated as approximations. Don't rely on them for medical dietary needs.

Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple and billed to your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime by going to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You'll keep access to premium features until then.

Subscription prices may change. We'll notify you of any price changes in advance, and you'll have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Changes to our apps

We're always improving our apps. This means we may add, modify, or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 30 South LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising from your use of our apps.

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
